8. The final fastener on each door panel is literally behind the door-lock switch. The plastic part being removed here is a snap-on cover for the lock rod. Removing it provides access to the screw behind it, but removing the cover is a bit difficult. With the switch in the unlocked position, press a finger down on the lock-side edge and pull up on the opposite end of the cover. That should release it from the rod. You can also try gently pressing a flat-blade screwdriver on the lock side to release the cover.
