What’s not visible is the necessary air-intake sensor, which mounts to the bottom of the air cleaner. A coolant-temp sensor can be used for this (that’s why Slebodnik grabbed two at the salvage yard), and installation is as simple as drilling a small hole in the base of the air cleaner and threading in the sensor. View Related Article
