10 The '54 Corvette Nomad, nicknamed the Waldorf, was a '53 Vette stretched into a wagon. While the prototype is believed to have been destroyed in 1955, Ray Camacho of San Francisco fabricated his own version from a '55 Nomad by channeling it a couple inches and adding a widened C1 nose.
