Specter Delivers First Blown C6 GTR
Michigan tuner Specter Werkes/Sports recently delivered GTR No. 4, the first supercharged Chevy Corvette C6 GTR, to new owners Jim and Connie Powell-just in time for the couple to enjoy it on the Woodward Dream Cruise.

"Jim and Connie are very passionate about the automotive culture. [Since they're] lifelong Corvette enthusiasts and own other show-worthy Vettes, taking delivery of GTR No. 4 for the Dream Cruise made sense," said Jeff Nowicki, president of Specter Werkes/Sports.

The Velocity Yellow GTR boasts a supercharged LS3 delivering 520 horsepower to the custom HRE wheels. The interior is appointed with Spinneybeck Italian leather and Auto Meter A-pillar gauges to monitor the blown engine's operating parameters. Featuring dramatic bodywork and carbon-fiber details, the GTR is said to blend racing-inspired design cues with uncompromising luxury and performance.

The Specter Werkes/Sports GTR package is available on all C6 Corvette models, including the base coupe and convertible, the Z06, and the ZR1. For more information, visit www.spectergtr.com.
