A Bigger Hammer
Ugur Sahin Design and Mallett Cars are teaming up to offer the Mallett Z03 Corvette. Based on Sahin's striking Z03 concept, the car is said to offer both stupendous performance and the height of automotive haute couture. A limited run of 100 vehicles will be visually enhanced with handcrafted carbon-fiber bodywork, and each will be painted a color of its buyer's choosing. The conversion can be applied to any base or Z06 C6 at a price of $69,000 (car not included).
Two optional LS7-based performance packages will also be offered.

Help The Cause, Win The Vettes
Now in its 12th year of operation, Kids Wish Network is a nationally recognized charitable organization dedicated to "infusing hope, creating happy memories, and improving the quality of life for children." KWN's programs include the Hero of the Month campaign to honor brave kids with threatening illnesses; wish granting for gravely ill children; the Holiday of Hope Gift Bank, which distributes millions of dollars in toys to hospitals and other child-care facilities throughout the country; and funeral-expense assistance for financially devastated families.
As it did last year, KWN is raffling off a pair of wicked Corvettes as part of its fundraising efforts. The first is a Tuxedo Black '67 convertible with a 427 big-block and a four-speed. The second is a "Hero Edition" '09 ZR1 with custom features by Alternative Automotive Technologies in Troy, Michigan. Win the raffle, and you score both Vettes.

Long-Lost Corvette Located On eBay
Gene Cook, Director of Search at eBay, grew up with a father who taught him to have a passion for Corvettes. When Cook was 12, his dad bought his dream car-a silver '69 Stingray with a red leather interior and chrome side pipes. Over the next few years, Cook washed, waxed, and drove the car around in circles in his driveway. He would go on to have many fond memories of the Vette, even driving it to his prom. His father finally sold the car when Cook went to college
Recently, while taking a break from work, Cook reopened an eBay Motors search he had been checking for years and was stunned to see the car from his childhood. The "Buy It Now" price was right, and the bids were piling up, so he bought it on the spot. It just goes to show that with a little perseverance and shopping savvy, anything can happen.
Corvettes @ Corsa Set For July
Corsa Performance Exhausts and Corvette Cleveland will host the Seventh Annual Corvettes @ Corsa Car Show on July 26 at Corsa headquarters in Berea, Ohio. This free event will feature a DJ, food vendors, a raffle, and door prizes. Corsa will offer a "show special" 10 percent discount on exhaust systems, with same-day installations available.
