Original Corvette Grand Sports Stingray
Designer Bill Mitchell purchased the mule from GM for $1. This stunning Sting Ray body was added in 1959, and the car was raced successfully for several years. After retiring it from competition, Mitchell commuted to work in the car during the summer months. GM eventually bought it back from Mitchell, and it now resides in the Heritage Museum.
